CBMW

Winning Best in Show at the 2014 VVMC Motorcycle Rally and Best Twin Cylinder at the 2015 The One Show in Portland.

It started with fabricating the seat/tail with steel plates, welding and lots of hammering, we wanted the tank to flow into the seat almost uninterrupted which is why there is no seat padding and the BMW-style pin striping runs throughout all the way to meet the off center tail light.

New lower shock mounts were welded in and the frame powder coated black.

We nickel plated the upswept exhaust, front forks, rear hub, kickstand and foot controls for a warmer look and tone than chrome.

The shuttered headlight was also powder coated, polished and was sourced from Garage Company in Inglewood and started life as a 60's truck foglight.

CBMW

The CBMW started as a completely stock 1976 BMW R90/6, enjoying the smaller lines of the CB tank, we found a mid 70's CB360 tank and fit it to the bike with a hooped tail, reupholstered leather seat, new headlight and aluminum fenders. It stayed like this for a little while until we decided to do something completely different and do a frame-off build of the bike.
